Referral Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The referral program is open to all current and former students of Zindua School, as well as to any individuals interested in referring new students to the school.
Referral Reward
A reward of Ksh 500 to Ksh 1000 will be given to any individual who successfully refers a new student to Zindua School. The reward will be paid out in the form of a bank, Mpesa, or PayPal transfer, as determined by the referring individual. Rewards will be issued as follows:
- Ksh 500 for the first 3 referrals
- Ksh 750 for the 4th to 10th referral
- Ksh 1000 for affiliates with more than 10 referrals
Referral Process
To participate in the referral program, the referring individual should send a link generated from the referral dashboard (i.e. a link with a referral tag) to prospects either by posting on a group/social platform or by directly sending the link to friends and/or colleagues. This link will be tracked and when one applies through that link and ends up enrolling as a paying student, that will count as referral.
Alternatively, the referring individual could submit the name and contact information of the person they have referred/want to refer through the Zindua School referral form on the referral dashboard. In both scenarios, the referred individual must enrol and complete the deposit in order for the referral to be considered successful.
Reward Payment
The referral reward will be paid out within 30 days of the completion of the referred individual’s first course at Zindua School. The reward will be paid out in the form of a bank, Mpesa, or PayPal transfer, as determined by the referring individual.
Limitations
Referring individuals may refer as many individuals as they wish, but the reward will only be given for the first course completed by each referred individual. In addition, the referral program may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Changes to the Referral Program
Zindua School reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Fraudulent Referrals
Any referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions will not be eligible for a reward.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved by Zindua School in its sole discretion.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya where Zindua School is located and registered.
