About the Masterclass

By the end of this session you will have live automations running –  connecting the tools you already use. No prior experience with N8N or automation tools required. You will build during the session, with a mentor alongside you the whole way.

This masterclass is the foundation of the AI Workflow Automation series. It teaches you how N8N works by doing rather than watching – you see a workflow run, understand why it’s built the way it is, and then build your own. Students in the previous cohort left with automations handling their email routing, lead intake, report generation, and WhatsApp follow-ups – tasks that were eating hours every week, now running automatically.

What You’ll Build

  • A trigger-based workflow connecting two or more tools you already use – Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp, or Airtable – so that an action in one automatically triggers something in another.
  • An AI-powered automation with an intelligent step embedded inside it: incoming messages read, classified, and routed by AI, without you being in the loop.
  • A working understanding of how N8N is structured – nodes, triggers, and data flow, so you can continue building after the session ends.

No Advanced AI Experience Needed

Built for working professionals, not developers. If you can use email, a spreadsheet, and WhatsApp, you have everything you need for this session. No coding, no prior automation experience, and no AI background required. Every workflow is built step-by-step with a mentor in the room – and if something breaks, debugging it together is part of the learning.
