Zindua School is Moving to Westlands: Our New Home from May 2026

After four years at Circular Innovation Hub in Lavington, Zindua School is moving to a new permanent home in Westlands. From May 1st, 2026, you will find us at 5th Floor, Parklands Plaza, 6 Chiromo Lane, Westlands — just behind GTC Building off Waiyaki Way.

Classes and official activities transition to the new campus after Labour Day, May 1st, 2026. Throughout May, both offices remain staffed and you can get assistance at either location. From June 2026, we’ll only be available at our new offices.

Why We’re Moving

When we set up at Circular Innovation Hub on Owashika Road in 2022, the space worked well for where Zindua was at the time. As enrolment grew, we outgrew it. In 2024 we expanded into The Foundry in Westlands for overflow classes, then into Nafasi Connection in 2025. Running classes across two separate locations created friction — for students, for mentors, and for how we run our programs.

The move to Parklands Plaza brings everything under one roof. All classes, all teams, and all our events and masterclasses, which have been moving between venues depending on expected attendance, will now have a dedicated space. One address. No more splitting.

The New Space

The fifth floor gives us room to run all our core programs simultaneously without overflow, as well as dedicated space for our masterclass and events series. If you have been to our sessions at The Foundry or Nafasi Connection, the Westlands location will already feel familiar in terms of neighbourhood; we are simply consolidating into a space that was built for what Zindua has become.

For students joining in May or later, this is your campus. For current students mid-program, both offices are available throughout May and your mentor will confirm exactly when your cohort transitions.

An Event Space Open to Community Partners

The new office includes event space available to external partners for tech events, community meetups, and industry sessions. We are opening this up deliberately: our goal is to offer the most affordable rates in the market for events that align with what Zindua is about and that genuinely add value to our student and graduate community.

Availability:

• Weekdays from 3:00 PM onwards — capacity up to 100 attendees
• Weekends from 9:00 PM onwards

What to Do Next

• If you are a current or prospective student: Both offices are open and staffed throughout May. Classes move to the Westlands campus after Labour Day. If you have questions about your cohort’s transition, speak to your mentor or contact our admissions team.

We have been grateful for the years at Circular Innovation Hub — it was the right home for where we started. The move to Parklands Plaza reflects where Zindua is going. We will see you in Westlands.
